What are my freight options, and how much does it cost?
Freight options in Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland are provided via Bring. We also ship globally via UPS.
Shipping on orders over NOK 1500, - is free of charge in Norway. For purchases below this amount, the shipping cost in Norway is calculated based on weight and size of the package. For other destinations than Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland we will send by UPS and the price is fixed at 799kr, although it is subject to change based on rates calculated by UPS depending on final location and package weight.
Do I need to pay for customs?
In Norway, you do not need to pay customs.
For all other locations, it depends on your local country regulations on import duty and will be invoiced to you directly by UPS.
Delivery – how can I track my order and when will I receive my package?
Nordic Syv sells worldwide in several markets, and in Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland we collaborate with Bring. Once we have shipped your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation via e-mail containing delivery information and a link that allows you to track the packaging online. Please note that it may take some time for the tracking information to become available.
Please note that we ship sustainably so orders are sent out twice per week. We also choose to offset carbon and rely on slow shipping to ensure minimal emissions in transport. Therefore, delivery times can vary from 5-10 days depending on your shipment and location.
For urgent deliveries we request that you reach out to us at email@example.com to offer you a custom expediated shipping price.
Home delivery or pick-up delivery?
Shipments in Norway are sent to the closest Pick-up point to your address. This allows us to ship sustainably and minimizes emissions by the delivery vehicles.
Shipments worldwide are sent to your home address, as not all locations offer a pick-up point. We are actively looking for better worldwide shipping options and partners, so please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to support us in bringing sustainable fashion closer to you.
Where can I find my order status?
If you have ordered an item on our website, you will receive a tracking number to track your order. To do this, open the confirmation email or login to your account. Here there will be a link with your tracking number and from here you will be able to find your order status. If you have not received any shipment confirmation within 4 business days after orders have been placed on the web shop, contact our customer service at email@example.com
I can’t complete my order – what shall I do?
Please contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org and include information on your order, website link, and payment options you tried, as well as any error messages. We will endeavour to respond to your request within 24 hours.
What happens if I do not pick up my package?
If you do not pick up your parcel it will be returned to us. If we are unable to contact you in relation to the returned parcel, please reach out to us at email@example.com and include your order details.
What do I do if I have noticed that I have written incorrect address information or ordered wrong size or product?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the incorrect and correct information as soon as you can, so we may address the changes before shipments are sent out. If the shipment has already left, we can still arrange for returns slip to correct your order.
What do I do if I have received an article that I did not order in my parcel?
We sincerely apologize if we have sent you something you did not order or if you have received an incorrect size. Please kindly contact us at email@example.com. We will support you with returning the incorrect item and ensure you receive the correct item from us.
How do I return?
We provide 30 days of return for all goods except for underwear. We can only accept return of unused items. All labels and packaging must not be removed, and the products must not be soiled in any way. If you are not satisfied with your goods, please kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will create a return label before sending the item to us. You will be refunded as soon as we have received and processed your return.
It can take up to 14 working days to process your refund, after we have received and accepted the returned items.
Please note that the shipping cost will not be refunded on return of the entire order or selected items.
